My job has me busy on weekends and many evenings so I find myself unable to attend most of the workout groups that are geared toward the normal 9-5 work week folks.
Is anyone interested in starting a weekly (or more often) daytime workout/fitness schedule?
If you are available during the day, M-F and would like to consider a week day workout option send me an availability list of days & times. Include what workouts you would be interested in. I'll compile the answers and let everyone know what I find.
Workout options can include:
Bootcamp, crossfit, hikes, running, riding. We'll probably go to the park for most workouts, but there might be indoor options if enough interest exists.
