GOOD VIBRATIONS

BREATHE DEEP AND THINK OF THE ORGAN LISTED. AS YOU EXHALE REPAEAT THE SOUNDS BELOW UNTIL YOU FULLY EXHALE. CONCENTRATE ON FEELING THE VIBRATION IN THE ORGAN. PERFORM REPETITIONS FOR EACH ORGAN.

4. LIVER – (UNDER RIGHT RIBS) – GWA

5. SPLEEN – (UNDER LEFT RIBS) – KUNE GWA

6. STOMACH – HI YEA YA

7. KIDNEY – HEY (VIBRATES LOW-SWALLOW THE HEY) YEA

8. BRAIN – HONG


The entire practice will take approximately 20-30 minutes.
You will improve your health through deep breathing, vibration, and mindful meditation.
