It is possible to reduce stress and be calm and at peace. By being present to the moment, we are able to see situations as they really are and let go of the feelings of stress and anxiety when they arise.
Come and join us in an introduction to meditation and the practice of mindfulness. Our monthly weekend meetings are perfect for beginning or more experienced meditators in the Cleveland, Ohio area. We begin with an introductory talk on what mindfulness meditation is, and how we can benefit from it. We then do a guided meditation, and have time for discussion, questions and answers.
If you are already an experienced meditator, check the calendar for weeknight sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The Brecksville group meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month from 7:00 PM until 8:30 PM in the Meeting Room at the Brecksville Library.
Because this group does not meet each week, we have a special email list that we use to send a reminder the day before we are meeting. We also use this list to send out notices if the schedule or location must change for any reason. Read more
