Our regularly-scheduled west side meditation meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. This group is suitable for both new and experienced meditators. The format is as follows:
- 15-minute meditation (generally guided)
- Dharma talk about some aspect of meditation and living mindfully
- longer meditation (20-30 minutes) (often guided)
- time at the end for questions, answers, discussion
