Dear Friends,
This Saturday's Meditation Meetup, "Beyond Our Thoughts", will be our last group Meditation for beginners until September. The organizers are taking a summer vacation! The Insight Meditation sits on Tuesday and Thursdays will continue as listed on the calendar at Http://meditation.meetup.com/463/calendar/
I'd like to encourage any of you who have been undecided to make a commitment to join us! John's guided meditations are always illuminating and not to be missed!
