Bodhi Meditation is a form of energy healing.

Bodhi Meditation is unique in the following ways

1). It channels universal energy rather than working with what’s within one person. It transcends the genetic and physical limits of just one being by relying and drawing energy from the entire universe.

2). The entire human body is the receiver of this energy. The energy’s effects on the body do not rely on certain meridian paths or pressure points of the body, which are the common requirements for many types of the Qi Gong practices.

Students will experience two forms of Bodhi Meditation.

* Seated

* Movement

Your class instructor is Nan Ni Gilbert. Nan is a NYS licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist. Nan is also one of the most advanced Bodhi Meditation energy healer in North Amerrica.

The class time is short so feel free to ask Nan personal health question after the class.

Tuesday 7:00-8:30pm (Every Tuesday thru September 27, 2013)

Friday 7:00-8:30pm (Every Friday thru September 27, 2013)

    I went for my first meetup this past tuesday and I not know what to expect. Turned out to be a great class. I had done sitting meditations before ,but the standing meditations were of great help. The host were very helpful and friendly in guiding you thru these meditations. And at the end I did feel less stressed and was breathing better than when I first arrived. Will be returning to future classes.

    There are two meditation sessions included in the class: seated and movement meditation. For the seated part some people bring their own yoga mat. We do provide chairs for everyone.

    Please note the new venue for my Bodhi Meditation class. We outgrew the space at Simple Studios. Chelsea Studios is our new home. Since I started giving the class in May 2013 over 400 people participated in the class. Tuesday's class will held in room#601 on the 6th floor.
