Sahaja Meditation techniques are extremely helpful in understanding the sources of stress and controlling it. The effect of Sahaja meditation has been studied in numerous research experiments and the effect was found to be overwhelmingly positive.
In these classes, you will learn and, most importantly, experience the effect of meditation on reducing stress. As you make progress, you will be able to use basic meditation techniques to maintain balance and inner peace by meditating 10 minutes a day.
This classes do not involve any physical exercises so it does not require any special attire or equipment.
