Morning Meditation- Beginners (Downers Grove, IL)

Meditation can help heal illnesses, sharpen focus and clarity, inspire creativity and improve your personality and relationships.

 

Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a unique energy-based meditation that allows you to achieve the state of thoughtless awareness, a state in which your mind is calmed and gradually emptied of distractions and stressful thoughts.

 

This Meditation is easy to learn and can be practiced almost anywhere. There are some basic guidelines that will make the experience even easier and more enjoyable.

 

Our meditation class is open to anyone who is interested in learning how to find peace within.  The classes are always free.

    I am still getting good results from the meditation. Today after meditation I was really focused on getting things done that needed to be done instead of just thinking about it, I just started doing things and got a lot of tasks done, which is what I needed to do. I had no excuses and didn't even think of any.
