I want to improve my overall wellbeing. I want to learn how to center myself in stressful situations and really learn to be one with myself and nature.
I'm definitely willing to attend a class, I find myself learning better when someone is in front of me teaching it to me.
Nights mostly. I work early all week. I will travel probably around 10 miles at the most.
