What benefits do you wish to reap by practicing meditation?

I want to improve my overall wellbeing. I want to learn how to center myself in stressful situations and really learn to be one with myself and nature.

Are you interested in attending a meditation class or more comfortable practicing at home first?

I'm definitely willing to attend a class, I find myself learning better when someone is in front of me teaching it to me.

What are the ideal timing and location for your class? How far are you willing to travel?

Nights mostly. I work early all week. I will travel probably around 10 miles at the most.
