Evening Meditation

Regular evening sessions start with 25 minute sitting, 5 minute walking meditation, and end with a second 25 minute sitting meditation. Please arrive on-time and enter the meditation hall (zendo) quietly.

One of our experienced members will lead the session.

You don't need to bring anything special but we recommend comfortable, loose fitting clothing. All are welcome. Please join us.
