Midday Meditation (with Don Simmons)

Class time:  12pm - 12:45pm
 

Never meditated? No problem!  
This class is for all levels of meditation from beginners to seasoned practitioners

 
Meditation is known to reduce stress, lower blood pressure and create a more enjoyable life experience.  
This is a casual environment to de-stress from the week and practice the principals of meditation.
