"Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around." - Leo Buscaglia
Meditation Flash Mob + Acts of Kindness on Valentines Day

When: Tuesday 14th February 18:30 to 19:10
Where: Angel of Christian Charity statue, or also commonly known as Eros statue, Piccadilly Circus, London.

What will happen:
18:30 to 19:00- Sitting meditation, in your own style.
19:00 to 19:10 - Sound bath: You can use any mantra or sound, for example, Om, Ah, Ong, Nah or any other sound that calls you personally. If you choose to move closer to one another, donate your physical presence, your positive energy and your voice.

Then afterwards, we invite you to spread Acts of Kindness by offering free hugs, flowers, inspiring quotes written on little pieces of paper, poems, Valentines Day cards.... either to each other in the group or to strangers! If you're offering free hugs, maybe you like to make a sign for it.

For everyone
This is an event open to everyone, all ages, from every path, experienced or not. This is a movement that our entire world is creating together as one unified force to set the momentum for the future of our planet!
Our intentions:
1. To create an environment for people from all walks of life to come together in meditation.
2. To spread awareness of meditation to the public.
3. To come together as a community to send positive intentions out into the world.
4. To show that leading by example is the best way to lead. Simple acts can stimulate major paradigm shifts in thinking
Meditation flash mobs are organised by Wake Up London, a community of young people practicing mindfulness in the tradition of Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh, and co-ordinated with over 200 cities worldwide every month. Please check out MedMob for more information on the global movement.
May all beings be happy and free.
