There is no instruction or guidance provided for this silent meditation. We will meditate in complete silence for 90 minutes, every Sunday, Tuesday, and Friday from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. The format is 30-minute sessions of sitting meditation, walking meditation, and sitting meditation. The evening concludes with a Dhamma talk. We sit on the floor with cushions or on chairs.
***The temple is the place of worship. Please avoid wearing shorts three inches above the knees.
