The primary goal of this group is to link people, who are privately practicing meditation, to a group and have the opportunity to meet and share experiences with other meditators. We would like to encourage our friends out there, who are interested in the meditation practice of being mindful and peaceful, to join us. We believe that only mindfulness makes our everyday life more effective and productive. Let us be led by this path to a true peacefulness. Come and join us on the path of mindfulness, peacefulness, and happiness. You will meet a lot of wonderful people. "The Way of Mindfulness Meditation of Tucson" is opened to everyone. Our meeting consists mainly of practice rather than a discussion. However, we also have group discussion briefly at the beginning and the end of our meeting.
