Kat Satterley is a Master Educator and an award winning Teacher of the Year with Masters Degree in Psychology and Health Science and 18 years experience as a Physical Education instructor and Division III college coach. She has also had a separate practice as a wellness coach. In all of her work she seeks to train and educate others to incorporate values and virtues into their daily lives.
