We have a regular meetups every Saturday at Fords Library.
Kunlun Nei Gung Meetup every Saturday at 10:00-11:30AM
This meetup is for members who want to practice Neigung.
Kunlun Nei Gung is an ancient, secret method of spiritual awakening. Kunlun is a reset process that is a part of your body already. When you do the method you activate that process. Whatever your body determines you need to do to realign your natural energy flow, will happen.

Meditation/Yoga/Spiritual Discussion Meetup every saturday at 11:30 AM
We start with discussions, yoga exercise, meditation and end with discussions. We will teach you how to meditate, relax using Yoga, and gain control over your life. We hope you come weekly, practice and leave meetings with feeling relaxed. Yoga exercise is sometimes substituted with Qigong, Tai-chi, Kunlun etc.
Our discussions are meant to help everyone from beginners to masters to learn from each other.
Reiki circles are conducted once or twice a week. Any one that has taken Reiki or is interested in is welcome.
