IMPROVE FOCUS: Mental exercises to calm the mind with an Introduction to Meditation
DISCOVER TRUE PURPOSE OF LIFE: Introduction to question of WHY/WHAT & WHO of human existence that will lead you through your journey...
Beginners welcome! No experience required. We will introduce you and practice:
• Yoga & Qi-gong
• One breath meditation / Practice Kunlun (see below)
*Please wear loose clothes, bring a yoga mat and pillow.
Suggested Donation to cover Meetup charges: $10. Dont let this keep you from attending.

Level 2 - Mental focus: Mental Yoga, Middle Chi Gong, Mental relaxation/meditation/visualization, Glass Walk, Goal Setting and Achievement with focus on mental action...
Level 3 - Spiritual focus: Higher levels - example Zen, KunLun, Advaita (Non-duality)…
*Level 1/2 will have a fee attached to cover logistical expenses.
*Level 3 is focused on higher spiritual practices, we will be covering all expenses but your donations will be appreciated.
