Yoga / Meditation
You don't need to be a yoga expert. We will do simple steps that can help us reduce stress, relax our body/mind and make us aware of ourselves.
If you have never done meditation, no problem! We will introduce you to a very simple style of meditation One Breath-->just observing your breath and counting from 1- 10. That's it! This simple technique is a great way for beginners to learn meditation and non beginners to start a session. It helps in becoming aware and living in the moment.
Besides that we will have discussions on spiritual topics. Anyone can suggest a topic.
Please let us know if anything we can do, that will help you attend the meetings.
If you will be late please still come. Its ok to come late or leave early. You can call me @[masked]
