Lets meet weekly and do Qi Gong, Yoga and meditate.
We have a regular meetups every Saturday at Fords NJ.
Every other week Meetup Saturdays at 10:30-12:30AM

Our new group will be called SELF TRANSFORMATION. Many of us including me having challenges in our lives, we have aspirations and practices we want to do, goals we want to achieve. BUT something stops us from getting there....
This group will be a place to come meet people who all want to get better and achieve. We will use yoga/tai chi/qi gong to keep our body in shape and MEDITATION to reduce stress and gain control over our mind.
What you Need to have: a dream, a goal, a search!
What our group needs: COMMITMENT - you need to make a commitment to show up, push yourself to wake up on saturday morning and take the plunge.

ONE BREATH relaxation meditation: is a simple meditation that we begin with and share with beginners.

We start with yoga/qi gong exercise, meditation and end with discussions. We will teach you how to meditate, relax using Yoga, and gain control over your life. We hope you come weekly, practice and leave meetings with feeling relaxed. Yoga exercise is sometimes substituted with Qigong, Tai-chi, Kunlun etc.
Our discussions are meant to help everyone from beginners to masters to learn from each other.
Reiki circles are conducted once or twice a week. Any one that has taken Reiki or is interested in is welcome.
