Time: June the 14th Saturday (15h - 18h cooking class, 18h - 20h dinner time)
Three Courses Menu:
Entrée - Carpaccio de fuite, mascarpone, cresson et agrume, blinis au sarasin
Plat - Volaille rôti à la cerise, aubergine et oignon pickled
Dessert - Macaron glacé "tout chocolat"

Participation fee: 45€/person all included ( reservation payment sur ligne, paypal account:[masked])
Objective of the cooking event is to meet people through good food, it's a non-profit event, all fees collected are used for the organisation. So each participant should participate in the cleaning part and be participative to share.
