“ FYI- there is a free doula progam at Lexington Hospital- just make sure you tell them when you get to the hospital that you want one. You could miss out if they don't know what you want. Don't be shy- I had one and she was wonderful. I heard you could get one free through the army but I'm not connected to the military. Many women deliver at Lexington Medical Center and love it. Google their website and you'll see the rooms. I loved my week there. Good luck!! ”
