Thanks for your message of encouragement. I just thought I'd let you know I'd be likely to try Pilates if it was with a friend or a group of people I already know. I'm familiar with yoga and I think I would prefer that to pilates, but I've never tried Pilates. I'd be likely to try a free taster session with a good friend or a 2-for-1 deal. Cheers,

Hi Rachel, great to meet you on Thursday and I hope the rest of your week has gone well? You asked what I thought might induce someone to try pilates if they were new to it. I'm not new to it, so I took the question to the pub with me on Friday and the common answer from men was that it would need to fix some problem for them (back pain come up several times). These were mostly 30-something men. The women were much more interested in BTT. We have the usual (run out space - continued in next post
