  Hi Phaedra, I'm usually at volleyball 9-12, but I think it goes until 1pm or later usually. We got rained out the last two Saturdays, so people might stay awhile and enjoy the day.

  Hi Phaedra!

  At the end of that wilderness first aid course a couple of weeks ago I said I'd let you know when there is opportunity to canoe down the river right here in Calgary.

  Well, there is a 2-hour descent organized on the Bow River on Saturday June 12, and a 4-hour descent on the Elbow River on Tuesday evening June 22. I can provide all canoeing gear. Let me know should you wish to try it out!

  There is a trip on 27-28 March being organised for the Tongariro Crossing. We've tried a few times to get up there but weather has cramped our style on no less that five occasions!
