Welcome to ARCVic's Meetup Groups... They offer a chance to meet others who also may have experienced panic & share understanding, wisdom & support. There are also information flyers that you can take with you afterwards...we have a new day group starting in Dandenong in September and a social lunch coming up in July if you find it hard to get out at night, otherwise most our other groups are in the evenings. Hi Sylvia welcome to our skecth group :) Yes you can bring along any art materials that you like to use. Often i just use an ink pen and a journal but I also bring watercolors and sometimes vairous water coluble pencils. Some people bring pastels or colored ink pens. No opne has brought along oils yet but they are welcome too. We meet for coffee, disperse into the environment sometimes together sometimes alone, and meet back at 12 30 or 1pm, to have lunch and share our work with each other. :)

The sessions are very different, the beginners takes you right back to basics, so you will be running but there is lots of talking as well, and the all levels is more running (about 8km spaced out over the two hours) and it more gives you an idea of how your running is going.
