  Hi Sandie! Your profile pic is way cute. Come out for beach yoga 9am Saturday and 6pm Wednesdays for Sunset to enjoy the ocean breeze, and incredible sunny weather. Flexibility is key to anti-aging, preventing injuries, and just feeling great overall. I'll lead you through some great yoga postures to increase your flexibility but strengthen and tone as well.   Welcome to your new Yoga community. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and background around Yoga. I hope you can attend our first meeting on Feb. 10th. The YogaZuna location is a small studio, so please RSVP, as it will be on a first come basis. It will be a small, intimate- but Wonderful Yoga experience.
