Its a cinch, Karin. But pick a nice low surf day with glassy water to make your first experience an ez one. I'd suggest you be careful but not fearfull and go with a friend. You'll be fine. I can see the future and I see that you will be just great and laugh.

Thank you for your message. Very thoughtful of you. I do want to join you in the ocean. Sunday morning I usually am at church. Waiting for a good weather Saturday. Some weekdays are also good for me. I plan on starting a 4pm on Newport Beach. Love to body surf in the summer. Hope to see you soon. David
