  Hi Rita! Welcome to the group. Balance Walking using the poles with good technique is awesome. It really does speed up the results because it works upper body and core more than walking alone. I'll be setting up walking clinics to teach it next month when we have a better chance of good weather. I'll see if I can find a good place near you. Any good parks you can recommend?
