Hi Sandra, I saw you were interested in coming to the Kundalini meditation. It went very deep for those of us who did attend. Many of the meditations we introduce will help you to sit still because first we do active parts that release mind/body stress. Check our calendar or write when you have questions or want to know if the particular meditation of the day has active parts in it. I was like you and now find, because of the active meditations I can now sit still.
