If they have an attention span and think that fire trucks are cool...then I think that they will be fine. I am bringing my "just turned" 2 year old and she is good for about 45 min before she starts to squirm. Worse case is that you come and have to head to the park a little early. Figuring that the tour will be an hour to an hour & half max.
