    hey Melinda, it was nice to meet you as well, and yes, I am a little bit sore this morning through out my hamstrings and quads, it was nice to get a good deep stretch like that first time out. I will certainly come back when my schedule allows.     Thanks Melinda. After completing Insanity during the next 4 weeks, I plan to do both Chalean Extreme and TurboFire simultaneously.­ After 3 months of Chalean, I will do P90X and once I finish TurboFire 2 months later, I will add Hip Hop Abs to the last month of P90X. Of course I am waiting on Insanity Asylum to come out. I have been working out in my gym classes 6 hours a week in addition to my month 1 Insanity workouts. I will see if I can keep this schedule during my last month of Insanity. ”

    Thanks for the Welcome Melinda. I've been a TBB coach for about 4 months. I'm still getting my feet wet but it's been interesting so far. I have not heard about the nutritional meeting on Wednesday, is it a weekly meeting?

    Hi Melinda,

    Thanks for creating such a great group. Yea, I have P90X and 10 minute trainer. I admit I'm not in the shape I used to be but I'm working on it. Running is my favorite, especially intervals (treadmill) or hills (outside). I also enjoy weight training, yoga, pilates. Look forward to meeting you soon!
