Hey, Oliver, welcome to East Bay Cohousing. I like your distillation of the essence of sustainable community living: "Living with others in a very respectful and representative way." So long as everyone involves starts with an idea like that an an understanding that people are trying (even if they don't get it right every time) then it becomes possible to live in these new communities. I'm looking forward to meeting you at the Ecovillage slide show and other upcoming EBCOHO events.
