  Hi! I plan on trying Zumba for the first time on Thursday the 22nd. I would like to know how hard it is for a first timer? I am quite rusty on excercise on land. :) I have been doing water therapy type things. I have heard how fun it is and I am excited about trying, but not to sure if it is really difficult to follow. Thanks.

  Hey Meg - that was me at Butterfly Life....I used to go to those classes all the time but it has gotten so crowded and even with dance shoes on my knee does not like the carpet....I love the Sunday location and wish I could do your Raleigh classes but impossible to get from Durham (work) to your class in time.
