  Well, you have come to the right place. Your nearest boardgaming groups are probably Bolton (the group I go to) on a Thursday night and Wigan on a Friday night. I can vouch for both groups as being a great bunch of people and very welcoming. Drop me a note if you fancy coming along.

  As you can see from the meetup list, there are also a bunch of roleplayers, LARPers and all sorts of other gamers around. Check out the game groups forum of the message board (under discussions).
