  Hi Sylvia, thanks for your inquiry regarding our TEAM South Pasadena Network Meeting. We meet every Thursday morning at 7:30am. We ask you to come visit and see if it is a good fit before you submit an application to be a member.

  First time visitors do not need to pay anything to join our meeting. We will even pay for your first visit's breakfast. Hope to see you Thursday morning!

  Hi Sylvia, I noticed your passion about health like me. I offer a free winter beach volleyball class as a way to show people that even in winter we only need to workout about 10 minutes to warmup to remove coat or warmup pants to have fun in winter. Many only wear a t-shirt and shorts or bathing suit and stay warm by hustling the court. Your welcome to join alone or bring several friends. Goal after class is 4-15 show up for a free outdoor workout year round with view often spectacular. Charles
