  Sorry it has taken me so long to answer your questions. We usually just do some visualization of energy as a healing meditation for everyone on earth. Whatever speaks to my heart at the moment. spiritual as hopefully yoga classes are.

  Monday is a gentle restorative. Saturday is a mixture of very effective movements.

  Hi Tracy! Im soooo excited to find this group! one you love a bully, you're definately hooked.. i also strangely always seem to love pit owners.. some kind of kinship there... Do you ever do any hikes in Marin? Or could I just post one there? not sure how this works. I like to hike at Deer Park. Its gorgeous

  Hi Tracey! I think Teddy is going through a "lazy" phase and gets tired really fast...especially in the heat. I think he'll be able to last for a little while. If he gets too tired we'll just go home. Excited for the meetup!
