  Mina! I wish I could go but I will be coming back from a visit to Dallas... :( I would love to meet you and others in the group FINALLY! Btw, I lived in Austin for 8 years and loved it! I also lived in Spain for 6 so it seems we might have some things in common.

  Thats strange but the date wouldnt have worked for you anyways. the 5th and 6th are no good for me. and my mistake on the last message I was thinking the 12th originaly but things have come up since. I do hope you get moved here soon so we can really start planning things easier. and looking forward to it.

  Hi Mina! and Rose and every one else! I Like the Themes Idea! I have a small house and a even smaller kitchen :( but perhaps when im finished with some trimwork im doing we can have a get together here as potluck or we can all do a outdoor maybe get/rent a park pavilion and do a mediterranean theme? I.E. kabob/lamb/flatbread/ Tzatziki sauce that way we can do most the cooking on grills. and it won't just be burgers!

  Thank you Mina for your inspiring message. I am looking forward to your emails, and I guess I should purchase the book so that I can follow along. When I had my blood tests done recently, my glucose levels were hi, so I have been trying to watch the carb intake. I'm concerned that I won't enjoy eating anymore, since I have to cut out so much.
