  It was a wonderful but chilly night....Ahhh Cleveland under a moonlit sky. We run every Thursday at 6PM...bring a headlamp and don't worry about pace...Noone left behind policy as we have some walkers....I used to run fast but now just love running trails...personally I have said I have many gears....slow medium uptempo and slower...LoL.

  I now realize that the message about puppy feeling better was for Summer hahah! I need to start checking the site for messages rather than on my phone, for some reason all the posts run together on my phone and I can never tell who they are directed to. Oops! Let me know if you are free tomorrow, I don't really have any plans this weekend other than catching up on some cleaning and such. Have a good one!

  Welcome to True Form! I can completely relate to working out by myself. I really enjoy working out with people as oppose to by myself. Thank goodness for music, it helps me get through any solo work out, but not without having to psych myself up for it first. Hopefully we can meet each other soon! Happy running!

  I meant to tell you and I forgot...I'm also a member of the 20's and 30's group, but have never been to any of their events. I just moved here a few months ago and I hardly know anyone. Like you, I'm in need of meeting some new friends that are my age. If you ever want someone to go to an event with, let me know!
