  “ Hi Jo-Ann, hope everyone is well and enjoying summer...You know, I thought Meetup was sending the event notes too late, I add this event 2 months ago on the calendar, but now I know, not because you click on send to the whole group means, that it will be sent that day, it means it will be send closer to the events date... Thanks for letting me know, about this.
