  Thank you, Chris, for the positive post! So glad you enjoyed our group and really pleased that you contributed so much your first time. I hope we can look forward to seeing you at more discussions. I'm especially interested in exploring mindfulness as a way to improve self-awareness, a key EI component. Hopefully you'll participate in that. :-)
