  Hi Heather, Thankfully italian and thai are ridiculously easy to duplicate in raw versions. I've only ever had one Ethiopian meal raw and it was a special event. I'll have to ask my father who made it. Elaina Love has some great indian recipes you should take a look at. Her second book, with the purple binding has the indian recipes in it.
