So, I'm thinking about when I will be available to teach in the next month. I'm not positive what would be the best day, but my schedule is very flexible. I work about 20 hours a week as a nanny, and the Mother is at home working, so my hours can change based on need.
what day would be most well-attended?
Also, I had a thought...do you think Pete would be willing to host a class? He has a big bonus room that would fit at least four students... maybe a post run yoga class?

Sorry I've been missing meetups; I'm recovering from IT band tendinitis, and my body doesn't seem to want me to do much cardio at all :(
I think I'm going to have to start swimminga gain, which is so frustrating. Just not the same as running! Nothing is, but at least I coudl get on the elliptical a couple weeks ago. now I'm having knee pain, so I've just been doing pilates and light cardio :(
Anyway, how about a yoga class in the new year? when do you think would be good?

Thanks for the welcome. Maria and I are very excited about being part of this group. We just recently started running, so we are only running about 2-3 miles but we would really love to get much better at it. My goal is to be able to do a sprint triathlon in the future and Maria just wants to do a 5k for starters.

Thanks for caring! I have pretty severe allergies ... I got tested for 12 things and I was allergic 8/9 of them. I also have a history class that's kicking my butt and i'm traveling at the beginning of the month ... so pretty busy at the moment.
