  “ Even through my good friend and Brother Jeff Brooks is sowing greener pastures in Colorado, I want to say that he's one of the finest people I know. He is a true friend in every sense of the word. One of things I love about Masonry is meeting people I wouldn't have otherwise. Jeff and I share many ups and downs and through it grew to be great friends. I miss seeing him on a daily basis, but his friendship will never fade. I look forward to sampling another pot of his gumbo down the road. ”
