I mistook you for another Motherhood Leader on meetup...( whoops..) so I am retyping this message to you.. my brain is fried today. Thanks for joining our group. I would love to pick your brain about your Dallas Chapter of Motherhood Later and talk about your successes. Hi Carrie, thanks for the greeting. As you can see it has taken me a few weeks to get settled and work the kinks out of my new e-mail account but I think I'm ready to start meeting some people. The twins and I are starting to finally get into a routine. I am really going to try to make one of the up coming events. I hope to meet you in person soon. Marie.

I was just thinking bookstore at Preston/Royal. Next time I'll have my email. We used to go to Purple Cow for the milkshakes, now Daniel has me hooked on Chick Fil A where he can do the indoor play area at Abrams and LBJ. I can hardly wait until they open up that Wal Mart there.

Hi Carrie, I ended up having to make a dr appt for Daniel this morning due to his allergies. We were going to make a quick stop by the bookstore to say hi before the appt, but didn't find anyone. No wonder, we were at Borders - that's the opposite corner. Hope to make it next time!

I would love to have an alternative work schedule but for now I generally work 7 am - 4pm Mon - Fri. I used to be able to work from home two days a week but the Pres of our company did away with any alternative work arrangements about a year ago. The company I work for has just been acquired by another company so I'm hoping they have a better telecommuting policy.

Carrie, I am so excited to meet you. Most days I feel like I'm surrounded by nothing but 20 something stay-at-home moms. It's so good to meet someone my age who works! I'm sure I can find this on the site but how old is your child/children?
My daughter is two plus 4 months.
