I look forward to attending a few upcoming events, and once I get a sense of the group I would totally consider hosting an event. i have a small-ish craftsman house in Venice with a formal dining room.
Oh, and I noticed the scotch tasting on your poll... it's summer time (almost), how about a tequila tasting instead?
