    I was born in winter, delivered by two Mounties. But that is life on the rez. Winter is for polar bears.
    I lived in Arizona and Florida and traveled to a lot of sunny, warm locales as a travel writer. You can get all kinds of exercise without getting frostbite, pneumonia and an early death by freezing.
    I play frisbee with the family dog. Walking is great fun. Weightlifting (pumping real iron) is amazing for sore/weak knees. Just take it slow. Good cardio, too.
    Cool cartwheel.
