Welcome Chris! Yes, we will move through guided preliminary practices and sonorous yogas- Friday mornings are a great place to start if you can make them. Check the calendar for more offerings. Looking forward to hearing your voice soon . . .
I'd love to hear you play. It's easy for me to get over for day or early evening gigs, although I know they're a rarity. But let me know if there's an opportunity. (I live and work in Sacramento, and don't get much spare time.)

g'day Vincent!
I'm so glad you chose to click on our new group. We're just getting started, so may be expecting a few bumps, but they should more then be made up for by the enthusiasm I'm feeling directed our way. I think you've chosen the exactly right spot, to get to know meditation.
Chris,
It is great to have you be part of the growing group. We meet at Alamo Square every Tuesday and Thursday, so long as it is not raining. The classes will always be all levels and will help to teach you a broad spectrum of yoga. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.
Best Regards,
Eric
Hey Chris! I'll see you at the meetup tomorrow night!
Cafe International would like us to do a regular gig there. I'm thinking, say every first Saturday of the month there. What do you think? Saturday could be better than Sunday because on Sunday they have live music.
Hi Chris, welcome to San Francisco Yoga & Meditation! I know what it is like to have to stay up late and work into the wee hours of the morning. Hopefully, you can wake up and get in an early session with us at the CenterSF. I think you will enjoy it! :)
Hi!
I setup a FaceBook page for people to setup spontaneous matches. Like "Hey, anyone wanna play tomorrow night in or near Mountain View?" kind of thing. Allows for some casual fun between official meetup session.

Hi Chris: didn't realize you had run another such group! It seems like there's a fair amount of interest, even if varying turnout. Looking forward to seeing you at International on Sunday.
