Hi Laura and thanks for the welcome. It's great to know that you know Matt and his Rawvolution ...that's acctually the place I first learned about raw...I use to live in Santa Monica and tried my first raw food at the Farmers Market : ) Then when I traveled I had them send me the box when I didn't have time or patience to prepare my foods. I look forward to meeting you once I can get to a meetup.

thanks for the warm welcome Laura. sorry I have not been able to meet you in person. hopefully at one of your richmond trips i can join you. i did a 5 1/2 day certification with alissa cohen in maine a couple of years ago and i have recently opened a colon hydrotherapy office in mechanicsville va. keep inviting me to your sessions, hopefully i can attend one in the future.
