“ Dear Howard, I was elated when I found out you joined our club and I reget not having been there to welcome you. I first had a bad sinus infection and then a little sugery on my head. No, they did not go in and remove my bipolar-ness which I wish was possible. It was just a little skin cancer with a big scar. I'm such a pansy, but it hurt like hell and looked terrible.
