I am on Week 4 so I did Cardio today. Thank God for Tania. lol Are you doing any fit clubs in Asheville? I noticed you had a Super Sat in 2012 but have not seen anything more recent. Would love to pick your brain on your experience with the programs and on being a coach.
I am doing T-25 right now. I became a coach about 3weeks ago and would love an opportunity to talk to you about your certification and experience with Beachbody and running Fit Clubs. I live in the Hendersonville area.
Hi David, in the past I've been a runner, a slow (but steady) runner, and I'm getting back into that. I'm interested too in finding something that's more about building overall strength - and also staying motivated. I've gained about twenty pounds in the last four years and I want to get serious about losing them!
I am wide open in terms of meeting. Monday/Tuesday evenings are not good. Weekends are fine, if I know in advance to make sure I'm in town and don't have anything else already scheduled.
One of my favorite classics is Rear Window :) I look forward to meeting you too! I am a new beachbody coach. I will share with you my transformation story sometime! My life changed with Insanity! I am thinking about doing a fit club, but wanted to attend a local one. You may want to partner with me in the future for Asheville. I have some location ideas. Talk to you again soon!

Hey David. Thanks for welcoming me to the group. I had to cut my trip short, mostly because of business, but I am actually seriously considering a move to the area within the next few months if all goes as planned. When I am up again I will get in touch with the group. Cheers!
Hi David, Currently I'm doing yoga 1 time a week (1 hour), pilates 1 time a week (1 hour) and tennis 1 to 2 times per week (2 hours ea). My circuit training is done in my at work gym, 1 time per week on a life fitness machine: low row, lat pull down, tricep curl, with treadmill, & some crunches and weights on the exercise ball (about an hour)
