“ Hey Brenda, welcome to The MD.DC.VA Hiking Group! I hope to see you on the trail soon! We offer hikes after work on Wednesdays, every Saturday and Sunday, ranging from very easy to very strenuous. In addition to hikes we also have 3-5 walks during the week and most weekends, so hopefully something on the calendar will work out for you. Come as little or often as you like as there is no pressure and we are very laid back and it's a great way to socialize and exercise:) ”
